Introduction

Breaking an age-old taboo

1 in 3 women are affected by incontinence but no one talks about it. Back when I met Peony, Jude was in it's infancy.

Between a workshop in a garden shed (seriously haha!) and a WeWork in London, Jude become more real every day.

Over just a few months, we aggressively tested and iterated our way to what worked.


Launching landing pages, hundreds of ads and experiments to validate the strategy, all while building a community of early adopters who were turning into avid brand evangelists.

Designing for an older audience

With an older audience, it was essential our UX and messaging was crystal clear. User testing and countless user conversations armed us with the knowledge to make checkout effortless with the launch of Jude’s D2C site.

But, that was just one side of the story. Together, we bought Jude to the physical world. From a full newspaper (“The Leaky Times”), Bladdercare Handbook and wee diary. 

From pixels to print, we've been through it all together.

I designed almost every aspect of Jude, from their packaging to their website. Setting a high design standard from the start gave Jude the power to scale without hesitation.
