Fast and intuitive
I work fast, trust intuition, then test it by getting it in front of people fast. I keep things lean and moving, so results and learning keep momentum going. I've seen too many good ideas die in incubation from moving too slowly.
Design with strategy
Some weeks the job is a quick win that buys momentum. Other weeks it's the slower, structural work nobody sees yet. I know which one you need and when, so every decision moves you forward on purpose, not by accident.
Chaos comfortable
Messy, hectic, moving at 100mph… that's where I'm happiest. Hand me a napkin sketch, a half-built product or a stray but brilliant thought and I'll turn it into something people want, with commercial thinking baked in. I don't need it figured out first. In fact, I prefer it when it isn't.
Whole problem thinking
I don't believe in strict roles. I'll jump into whatever gets the best outcome. I’ll drive forward whatever moves us closer to our goal. I am multi-disciplinary by nature and by belief.
Curious and candid
I'll ask a hundred questions, push back hard and tell you when something's off. I expect the same back. My opinions are strong but loosely held. I'd rather be proved wrong than be right. The best work happens without ego.
Tested, not assumed
I trust data and how people actually behave over instinct or opinion, including my own. I'll move fast but will validate we’re running in the right direction. Test, watch, then decide.
